Should i do Computer science or electrical engineering or computer engineering?

I haven't studied any programming yet,cause my high school is very backward and could not afford us computers ,although i did do GCE alevels in maths,physics and chemistry.The fact is i really like computers and the fact that people who create web sites and programme games for consoles intrigues me although after i am free from all the tests i will learn some programming by myself.Btw i want to apply to Canadian university like Waterloo ,U of T etc..I dont know the risk ,but i am scared if i end up sitting in front of a computer with a +10 number glass,and not to mention no social life in CS..But then i have a good foundation in maths and it is my favorite subject.
P.S I have heard people on some forums calling Comp sci people as no brain monkeys

i disagree that comp people are no brain monkeys.could u imagine whrere our world be now if there were no pc-s or other elecric machines?but learning programming ypuself is not the best way to develop.not meaning that i haven't done it myself.it's heplful to know that someone is always there to heelp you no matter what-some friend or even a teacher.if you like programming i think that u should applay for pc engineering program.i've graduated highschool where i studied english and russian anguages for 5 years.and look at me now i study pc engineering.if no one knew me no one would believe that it was my dream.and now it's come true.so why don't you make your dream come true?just do whatever you think is the best for you-it's your life and your future we're talking about.

Thats why i asked this question,cause i am so scared of taking a wrong step.Seriously i dont want to end up doing something that i ll hate for my life.I have never been exposed to enough subjects in my life ,so i dont know what is good for me..

Without the no brain monkeys u cannot do a post here.Think first and talk next.If ur not interested to join computer science leave don't comment on it.Computer science people are required for u facilities.What do u do if there is no internet in this world.

Ahhh did you read what i wrote i SAID I SAW IN ONE FORUM SOMEONE SAID COMPUTER sci is for no brain monkeys..I am just personally asking why would someone say something like that ,is CS that bad
