Drinking Fish oil ????  |

|  Today I have visited a pharmacy, and the shelf contains the new products
of fish oil and contains all the essential nutrients similar to fish oil
capsules. But the taste will be little bit hard and the smell looks bit
tough to drink. Do you ever drink this fish oil ?????

YES You are right, the fish oil is also comes with many flavor likes
mango, strawberry, orange, etc., when you are using the flavored one
you don't feel the taste as well as the smell of the fish oil. Most
probably it is from Seven seas company. The fish oil contains lots of
Vitamin A which will be used for the eye sight, and also it can be a good
tonic for the heart and heart related problems. Mostly all the fish oil
widely recommended by the medical professional peoples for the purpose
of heart related problems as well as for the improving the eye sight.

| |  I would stick with the capsules... does drinking it have any benefit over taking the capsules?
When I was a kid (many years ago) some mothers used to give their kids a teaspoon full of cod liver oil. It supposedly tasted awful!

YES You are right, the capsules as well as the liquid forms of fish oil
has similar properties, but only the difference is oil can gives you
immediate action than the capsules. Most of the mother used to give the
cod liver oil to the kids for many purposes including stomach related
problems, eye sight, and heart related problems. The fish oil is also
contains Vitamin A which is very much used for many treatments.

It is better to take atleast one fish oil capsule every day. In my opinion if you are using the fish oil capsules regularly, use the same capsules .I used to have the capsules in my childhood but nowadays no. But we are giving to our children daily.We are buying SEACOD Cod lever oil capsules regulaly. I think this is available internationally
