Tip for your computer keyboard  

Wow that is a good suggestion. Did you get that from a website or did you do it yourself and found it worked great?

The keys nowadays are detachable and almost all the keys can be removed with the help of a pin or anything which is small and long. They just click and pop open. After the cleaning is finished we have to use some force to put them back. In fact it is proper to hit the key hard so that it touches the bottom part and the locks get into their place.

or you can put your keyboard in the dishwasher, it'll make it as good as new! If you don't believe me, google it :]

this is great, what I do though is I take the keys off one by one and I clean in between, my keys get dirty really quickly because we have three cats and the cat hair somehow gets in between the keys as well.

Thank you for the tip, Canellita. I usually use a special soft brush or the edge of a baby wipe between the keys, but will have to give the double-edeged tape a try.

I always have a can of air around but when it comes to deep cleaning I open'er up and clean it good.

That's a great idea! Save the time of taking out all the keys, and putting them back.
Right now I'm using a laptop, the keyboard is much compact and easier to type. The speed is obviously slower than desktop, but it works well enough. The only setback is when I play online game, always die in the game!

Thanx for the tip Canellita, i usually do use wipes to clean the keyboard. Next time shall try the tape method....

I didn't know that. Super cool..I have always been using tissue papers to slot through in between the keys and it can be a bit of a hassle.

Wow really!! I've never ever heard this kind of tips before. Gonna try it soon because there's a lot of things under my keyboard. Heheheh.....
