Yeah, she reminds me of Solo when he was a baby - except he was remarkably quiet - of course, he had mom too - not that she was all that great a mom....

How old is Jool..she looks very young...aww she looks kind of scared in that photo

2 and a half - 3 weeks - not sure, older than the 4 some where but not as old as Pearl was - a malnourished 4 week old

Wow~~~very cute! One of my cat Fish, with the same color with her,is a lot bigger,
but he's not as cute as her, Fish have a very funny face.

Nope, she's a brown tabby, cute as a snuggle bug too, but doesn't like being picked up. tell about growing big quick - I've done 2 rounds of bottle babies in the last 4 years

She looks like my long gone Mona Cat when she was a kitten, who wasn't just a tabby, but a Majestic tabby... that is, tabby but fluffy. Harmony is the same.

If you check my photos, there's a lovely shot of Solo, when he looked good. Hopefully he will look that good again - also a baby shot of Solo so you can see how much the 2 look alike - only 5 years and a month in age difference - and from different areas of town...

Glassware? what's that? I can assure you that the other cats have already dealt with all those things...

I've had a few fixed males I wasn't sure about, but after that certain age, I haven't had a problem...

Any good crystal I have has long ago been packed away. You can tell an animal lover by the amount of breakables in their home...the more cats they have the fewer knick nacks they have! Shoot with the jumpy idiot I have now I am surprised I have a house left! Khuay has been laying on my lap for the last half hour and had his head on the bear parts on the couch. I moved him and the bear parts moved and khuay about jumped out of his skin! Last night he was laying on my foot, I moved it and I could see serious air between him and the bed... if that wasn't funny enough, I did it four more times with the same results! Now that is a cat who could really run up the damages in the crystal cupboard!!!!

Of course I would much rather have the home full of furry love than to have the cleanest, neatest house in the world without them. I'll take the animals every time.

Nino used to do that when he was younger - one of the "bouquet" kittens also has been a bit jumpy

It's 1:30 in the morning, and we just got home from the fair and doing some of the first of the month stuff. I have Willy laying beside me purring his head off, he is so happy I am home. He appointed himself my care giver while I am recovering from the knee replacement. He climbs in bed and lays up tight against my back until he thinks I'm asleep then he moves beside Khuay and settles in for the night. Willy doesn't get too much lot time because he is so down to earth and straight laced (he must have been a doctor or pastor in a previous life), yet he is such a love. I figured that he really needed some recognition on the lot. The other day he wanted to smell my toothpaste, so I let him. I LMAO at the face he made! I didn't think that cats could screw up their faces like prunes, but this guy sure did!

Khuay is the one that tickles me so much. There are days that if I sneeze he darn near goes through the roof! I have never met a jumpier cat. Yesterday he was introduced to "bubbles". I went through the kitchen cupboard and found two bottles of bubble stuff and the wands for blowing the bubbles. Khuay thinks that the fridge is the thing that is making the bubbles! He sat in front of it for hours waiting for more bubbles. I sometimes wonder if his mom stood up when he was coming down the shoot and he fell on his head.

I have neglected to admit how much I admire you for bottle feeding your little furry bundle of joy! Our first Siamese came from a lady that had bottle fed him because his mama couldn't handle it. When the lady came to visit the cat, he definitely showed that he was holding a grudge. As much as he loved us, he didn't forgive the woman for giving him away. He would spit and scratch the lady if she tried to touch him. Dad took the cat and hid the cat's head under his arm and had each of us pet him. The cat was fine with everyone except the woman, Dad had a bit of a time applying deodorant after the cat made hamburger of his armpit.

I have a pix of Khuay and Willy in the bathroom sink and on the counter. Willy is busily giving Khuay a bath. I will post it later today when I get out of bed.

yeah, at least in my case, the big cats will probably help out more as she gets older, right now only Rygel and the dog want to mess with her

I hear ya, when I wasn't holding her, she was looking around and kept moving - in fact, we were lucky to get a good shot of her, the others looked more like this:

I was right!! lol Jool sure is a cutie. I wish they would stay like that forever. Are you bottle-feeding her as well or is she lapping up her formula?

she's "chewing" the nipple of the bottle, and lapping a bit - its for sure - 3 weeks old

Well, so far, she's not getting around much and they have to come look at her - she's too little to run around yet - the blind roomie might step on her.

Most have sniffed then hissed, but Rygel came in and gave her head a bath right off the bat - he likes kittens.

I notice there is no concern for the fact the roomie called fall over! LOL.

Cats adapt given time, and they will all be running madly around joining the crazy kitten in all games.

she's doing great so far, babies at this age really don't know much fear and our big cats are so used to new cats coming in that they do pretty good too
