Best Way To Make Chicken

Rolled in breadcrumbs and baked, with a bit of chili powder and cayenne in the coating. Served with; mashed potato with cracked black pepper and plenty of butter, and a side of baked beans and some salad. Perfect:)

I eat chicken very ofrten because it´s a cheap source of proteins, can be made in infinite nice ways and my grandchildren love it. I bake it, make chicken casseroles, do it with vinegar and onions, use it as meat for a tomato paste to go with pasta. Depending on what I do, I season it in different eways, If I bake it, I do the whole chicken. I just out butter, salt and pepper. Nothing else.
I serve it with anything: rice, mashed or fried potatoes, baked apples, salads, quinces, sweet potatoes. They are all wonderful.
