I have several past discussions about this but i have started a new one because i want to know the new policies. I want to know whether i could use my unverified account to pay for members. I currently use pay by phone to do but i am just curious about using a paypal account instead. Thank you everybody for your help happy

I don't think you can. If I remember correctly, with an unverified PayPal account, You can't spend more than $5 USD. Since RuneScape raised their membership prices up past $5 USD a few months ago, you'll probably have to get a verified account to pay for your membership.
