What are the most useful exercises that i can do only 10 minutes after waking up  | | as the days are passing i am feeling older. all my frineds tell me to have some exercise everyday. but i cant manage the time to do so. after waking up i rushed to the office as early as possible. some times i couldnt manage to eat anything. few days ago i tried to go to bed early at night so that i can wake up early. but i didnt work. now i realize if i get some listed exercise for a short time i can do that before to leave for office. to all the professional trainer of exercise i would like to request them to advise me the tips.
