|  From the character introduction in Dr. No to Quantum of Solace, we have various actors playing Mr. Bond. To me, Sean was perfect-not because he was the first. He himself as Bond. No acting really on his part as he fits the shoes well. Roger Moore had a hard time getting used to the shoes of Bond. He had that uppity British look and his Sainthood with that TV series fails to rub off him.You can see him as is trying to impersonate someone in all those James Bond shows he helmed. George Lazenvy was just a simple mistake of bad casting. He just did not have it both in appeal and body size. His role as the spy and scientist was totally unacceptable especially in Scottish kilt and with pipe in mouth. Timothy Dalton was akin to a fush out of water. He felt ill at ease trying to play the lover and trying to play the spy. Pierce Brosnan, with a little bit of Remington Steel still stuck on him did quite a job inspite of his rather slender built. He should have been allowed to act the last two films if not for bad office takings that finished him off. Daniel Craig is too straight,brutal but he delivers the blow as a M15 decoy to play the roulette tables as well as a vengeful spy in Quantum. Problem here is he is too uptight and we feel that he should loosen up a bit especially with the lovers. May be the screenplay and script has something to do with this. Do you agree with me. | |  I really think Daniel Craig is the best bond. The new bond films are more serious and i think that makes the films more gripping and exciting to watch. i think he had to be uptight to do the last film as it was about bond getting revenge, not something that usually happens in the films. i think Craig has brought bond into the 21st century and makes the new films up there with the high budget films from the USA as Americans seem to find UK films boring. Craig delivers bond without the "cheese" that some of the other bonds seem to do and i am glad he has signed to do another 3 films. hope he keeps up with his talent he has at the min.

The relationship between Geroge and the lead lady, Diana Rigg got so bad apparently that she rubbed garlic juice over her lips just to spite him in kissing scenes.Moreover, Diana towers over him in fame because of her Avengers role.
