You must drink lots of water. It is the only way i discovered to work for me. Regularly drink as much water as you can. To get rid of acne I will suggest you to rub it with lemon.

Hello ravi,

Since you had an oily skin,better avoid fatty foods and drink lot of water.
Wash your face more often with mild soaps to wipe of excess oils and dirts that causes acne.
And,sleep early at night,and yes,lemon can be a good help too,rub your face with lemon,it may hurt a little but it will dry the acne.
Consult a good dermatologists too for better soaps and cream.

Your skin reflects allot of things. Mostly your diet if you eat allot of fatty, oily or unhealthy foods such as chocolate, deep fried foods and such all the time your skin will reflect this. If you use face cleaning products this will cause your skin(pores) to clog and get worse. Try washing your face with hot water and a little soap (if this doesnt work wash your face multiple times a day). Also, increasing your exercise will help too (and get your digestive tract moving which also helps to clear up your skin). Also, include loads of water in your diet and cut back caffeine.

Oh!!! It's routine problem of many... Don't bother. Here are few tips .. u can try.. it may benefit u. (1)Avoid fats/ oils (2)Exercise well, not just yoga but physical exercise (3)increase fruits and fiber intake (4) don't use much soap rather use gram flour paste or other household remedy for face washing and (5)"Hot cold treatment" i.e. apply hot water cotton swab for few seconds and remove and immediately apply chilled water cotton swap or ice on affected area.....Try it.... and if problem is severe .....then please contact skin specialist!!!

You can wash your skin often. My brother doesn't use any products but he doesn't have any acne. Also there's some tanning lotion that you could try. They're supposed to make you glow.
