 Hello,This is my story and I want to share mine with you, and I want to get some idea about it. I work at this coffee shop and actually I am a manager here, so I have two employees (a man age 35 and a girl age 19). This guy work as a baker, and he works at night shift and the girl works on the weekend only.
Most of the time, I am in charge in the morning and my husband in the afternoon. I am married and have two children. These few months I some kind of noticed about my guy employee. I dont know and I am hard to say cuz I can't judge him and I can't say about it to him. The thing is He spends more time with me at the shop, that he usually off at 6am but he stays until 7 or 8am. Sometimes I bring my kids, and he plays with them just like someone is really close to them. Or sometimes, he keeps me company by talking about this and that and always agree with me. I was like what???? lolz.... well, what do you think? Are you thinking what I am thinking? I think he is attracting with me or something... but dont get me wrong. I haven't show him anything about it and I never plan to do anything either cuz I am married and I love my family so much. Plus I dont want to break up employees relationship with me either. I dont want him to get fire or anything too.... He is nice guy and all I want to show him that, he is a lot better than me and there are many single girls out there that he feels free to choice.
Sometimes, when other employee(the girl) comes to work... they talk normal and then sometimes she asked when will he get marry... and he said NO, he doesn't want to look around yet and if he does then he wants someone age about my age. I pretend not hearing anything what he said.
So what do you guys think?

Maybe he is trying to earn brownie points to get a raise or promotion or something. I do not know where you are located, but here where I am, I would say he is flirting with you. Does he know you are married? Does this make you uncomfortable? If so you should figure out a way to bring it up!

I am not so sure base on your story. But it seems that he like you a lot more. Why would he like to hang around you, and your children, while he can go home and rest for the rest of the day. He has his own purpose on this.

I dont want to hurt anyone and I dont want them to hurt me either. But you know, this is just hard for me to say "hey, are you in love with me?" hahahha... he will think I am an idiot. 5.  cindyhxf (862) | 4 months ago |  well,what i think that good lady always have some pursurers around no matter she got marriage or not.i think you are nice person that is why he wanted to talk more with you.it is hard to control feeling sometimes.but i am sure if you don't want to break work replationship or don't want to break your family.you are very important role for this case.as you said,just keep the feeling in heart.he will feel that you are wise and you can say you love your family and kids much and let him feel you won't love him or start any relationship.he is adult i think he can handle himself.

thanks for the respond. Yes, he is a nice person and good worker too... For me, I always think he is friend to me, nothing more and nothing less. If he feels want to share thing with me, I will support and give him all advice I can. Of course feeling can't help sometime but I have to make this work... I dont have any feeling with him at all but I afraid him so. I dont want to say it right now cuz I afraid I got it wrong myself and I just let it goes and make him feels that I dont know anything.
It has been work out for almost 6 months now. It is hard for me everytime I see him but I just ignore and pretend that is nothing is going on. | |
