Will the Mobile Internet ever connect with the World Wide Web?

Will the mobil Internet ever connect and perform like the World Wide web? I donk Know. I just bought a Kyocera Querty Phone from Cricket. Its internet is a good upgrade from the Kyocera lingo. However, the Internet platform is still very limited in what it can do. For instance this post could not be done on the mobil phone internet they are currently using. U cant sign in even. One day maybe I can sign in and post firectly from my phone. I believe this is an innovation soon to come. Or has it already come and I just have the wrong phone.
