Don't eat too cold or too hot-Dentist advise on teeth...............

Absolutely you are right, if any problems will comes on enamel of the teeth it will shows the pains when you are drink too cold or too hot, so better to avoid like this drink. Most of the dentist will advise us to use proper toothpaste and some other method of eating healthy foods, both are useful to maintain our teeth in good conditions in order to away from the enamel as well as tooth decay problems.
Hope following dentist advise and doing the brush in two times along with good eating habits will save us from this unnecessaary problems.

Yes you are right, most of the times the Dentist would recommend
NOT to use the very cold as well as very hot drinks in order to
save the health of the teeth, as you have said that the enamel
of the teeth will be spoiled while eating or drinking the in very
hot as well as too cold conditions, because of the sensitivity
of the teeth. So better to avoid this cold drinks as well as to
stop the too hot snacks in order to save the condition of the
teeth.
