 Did anyone else hear about the man who surrendered to Philadelphia police today? He is being accused of breaking into women's homes/apartments and stealing their underwear. Then he undresses and leaves the scene naked.
His attorney says he has "severe issues to work through".

It's full of strange stories like this one, with the links to the news sites that ran it. I think this one was on MSNBC, but I can't remember for sure. | |

I'm curious as to why he decided to do that when it appears they had no suspects before now. Most of the time the ladies weren't at home when he broke in. They would just come in to this pile of men's clothing and their underwear being gone. How was he affording to leave his clothes in someone else's apartment all the time? | |

I definately hope that he gets some help, but I suspect that he's going to spend several months locked up somewhere. It doesn't say if he took anything else other than the women's underwear. I'm sure that would make a difference as well. | |

My daughter is talking about getting an apartment with a friend closer to campus and we were seriously thinking of letting her, but this kind of thing makes me really leery to let two 19 year olds live on their own. | |
