Which camera is best Canon or Sony or Kodak?

in digital camera canon is the best,i am having canon sd1000 it is excellent compared with its sony or kodak counterparts.ofcourse sd1000 is very old now.
so buy a latest canon one .
in digital cameras canon is the best,in SLR,s nikon is the best and in video cams sony is the best.i have done a lot of research in this that is why i am saying with confidence.

I have worked with a canon,sony and Kodak camera and I found the Sony one the best maybe I had no complains to make against it and it was also a new one compared to the other two, now it depends you want a camera for which purpose because I work with archives so I have chosen Sony to make my work easier, and if you are willing to take only pictures of people and views then maybe a Canon will be okay for you.

I'm not an expert on this but as far as I know and also heard from other people who acctaully plays around with Cameras they usually say that its either Cannon or Nikon that delivers the best so yeah you might want to consider those two.

I've had experiences using all of the above and Canon is the best. I would even vouch for Canon when compared with Nikon or Olympus which I have also had the experience of using.

Canon generally produces better picture quality and is more user friendly. In addition to that, accessories for Canon seem to be cheaper than for other brands.

I have a Kodak digital camera and it is with me for the last two years. At present, it has been working fine, however, I am not sure how long it will last. I think Sony digital cameras are expensive than Kodak and may not so good in performance.
