did you ever experience an earthquake  

it is , of course, very rare to experience the occurance of an earthquake. we can feel the jolt only when we are inside the house , either on the ground floor or in the floors above. as a matter of fact , i was living in the first floor of my apartment.i was sitting on the bed when the earthquake occurred . there was high power, well distributed vibrations and shakings in my building . even the floor and walls shook.the apartment looked s if it was shaked off and lifted by someone down under. we all imediately ran outside the apartment and into open space where we lay until four in the morning. then we went into the house. there were warnings on the television about some more earthquakes , but they never occurred.this rarthquake did not kill anyone but the irony is that the december 2004 earthquake and tsunami occurred eight years later after this quake , in our area. that tsunami killed forty residents in my area.
