When the purple pink dog shouts you can see its offel mouth why doesn't it fix that? It would be mutch better when shouting in front of your face to have a good breath.
The Dog is suppose to be funny so they made it that way... If he had normal teeth and a nice smelling mouth he wouldn't be half the fun he is :P
