One example is that of Corazon Aquino of the Philippines. Her name actually means heart. She is an ordinary housewife and mother who stood up to a dictator after the cold-blooded murder of her husband Ninoy. In doing so, she led her people to freedom through non-violence. Thus she taught the world that democracy can be achieved through peaceful means. Do you know anyone with a pure heart?
