Signs of recovery from economy crisis? Do you catch that?

Hi,
Many countries and people were affected by world economy crisis. But recently, i catch some signs of recovery in my country, such as prosperity again on real estate, increase on stock index, the rapid raising on employment rate, the recovery in consumption and so on. Due to those signs, i purchased my house to avoid any crazy prices rise on house. So do you tatch that? How about your country? What's your opinion on those signs? Look forward to you sharing.

Yeah.........I am in China and I noticed that sign,it's good that more people will have a job while it's bad the apartment price will go too high to buy,The real estate price in china didin't drop down so much during the finacial crisis but go up so quickly this year that it's already passed the historical highest price,oh,come on...........

Hi compatriot,
Yes, the real estate price in china had not drop down sharply, just a little. And now, it grows up again.
But in the other hand, job opportunity also grows up. I am glad to see that. It would be terrible for me without a job, as i have to support myself and my house load.
