what are the things that changed since you got married?  

Since I married my husband, I no longer hang out with any of my old guy friends, although his friends do stop by the house quite often. I no longer make all of the household decisions on my own, although I do still make the majority of them. I never was one to go out so that hasn't changed at all; I still stay home with my kids rather than go out. I no longer sleep alone or with my kids. When I ws single, it was nothing for my kids to crawl in bed with me, or even on the couch when I would fall asleep there. I have someone aside from the kids to talk to each day, which is really nice; sometimes, adult conversation is just necessary. I don't cook like I used to because my husband is very picky; that is one thing that I do miss at times. I no longer just get in my car and go wherever whenever I feel like it; now I try to tell my husband what I am planning and we discuss what we would both like to do. The biggest thing that has changed for me though is, I finally feel like my life is complete and on the right track. That is one of the greatest feelings I know.

I find that I go out less and less, even though we haven't really been married for very long. Part of that is because we moved so far away from our family and friends and I don't know too many people that I could go hang out with and part is because when I get home I'm usually on here earning money.

The good thing is that my husband isn't really jealous, so I can still be my normal self and joke around with guys and everything. As long as they understand I'm not flirting (and trust me, they all do) then it's all good. xD I've got a good guy friend at work that came in the other day and said, "Hey beautiful!" because he hasn't seen me for a month or so. But we're very similar, so we get along easily, and he knows that I'm married and he's getting married next March, so I think that makes our relationship a lot easier because there's no weird feelings or pressure since we're both taken and happy.

Other than that, I've only really been married for a month, so nothing has changed so far. Everything's the same as before we got married, but even before we got married everyone said we were an old married couple. LOL.

Hi. I was a happy go lucky guy when I was single. I used to hang-out with friends. But I have to change my life style when I got married. If there are occassions I have to attend, I have to get permission first from my wife, and usually, she will come with me, to avoid some misunderstanding. In decision making, we both have to talk about it first. I can't just decide on one thing with out her knowledge, specially with money matters.

just like you guys said. when i got married ,i losed my freedom . no more hanging out with my good friend , no more smoking and drinking, no more sports tv . she is totally my leader. i can do anything she allows ,and cant do anything she doesnt allows. my god! maybe that is life !

Well, my husband always allow me to hang around with my old friends even up till late as long as I keep him updated every hour so he wont worry and as long as I share important details with him. He allows me to drink occassionally as long as I ask permission. I think the only thing change was since I got married I dont like going home to my siblings and parent house cause when I visit and stay there for the night I feel home sick. My husband is understanding maybe because he knows I was the youngest in my family and maybe because in his family he is the oldest or maybe because of our age gap he understands that we both need to enjoy life.

Hahaha.. maybe onething I love doing that can't do anymore is dating... ahahhaa... I would say he should be the one answering this discussion because ever since we got married I dont allow him coming home past 12mn or drinking with flirty friends. I am more strick than he is..

every thing has changed , there is no personal life left , right frm morning i am worried abt my hubby & son . my bathing time has reduced as i have to cook food , while cooking am worried abt feed the same to my son , then clean the house & so on . i i dont get time for myself

hi there..i am not yet married but then I decided to respond in this discussion because even if i am not yet married it seems that i am because me and my boyfriend are now living under the same roof..we were just renting a room here in manila...Of course my life has changed...my boyfriend is very strict.we both have work but then i am enjoying his company and i am happy even if I can't go out with friends without his permission first..

I am still single but when i had a relationship once, it inspired me and allow me to become better than myself. at least only for that while. am not sure when you're married..

many things have changed since the time i marry my husband...well anyway im not really into hanging out with guys and going out late...but what have changed is...i started to live far from my parents for the first time...i start doing household chores on my own...and i need to leave my job to be with him!
at first its not easy to give it up, but since its my decision to marry him so i must do all those! hehehe but before i marry him i already know that these things will gonna happen...so that's just the major changes in me since i got married...its not easy but i learn to live with it and i am happy now with my life with him!
