what do you like the most, in your dad?

I am a girl and my dad has passed. But I was always daddy's little girl. I miss him so much. He meant the world to me. He was an inspiration because he worked so hard every day of his life, and rarley did he complain. He gave me motivation to do the things I needed to do, and always encouraged me if I felt I couldn't do something. He had my back no matter what and in his life made many sacrifices for me. I could always talk to him and I loved to hear his stories of the "olden days
He taught me everything from how to ride a bike to how a girl turns into a woman. He is and will always be my hero!

Sadly I never really knew my father and it has been a source of regret to me now that he has passed on. My parents had a bad marriage and by the time I was born, I was the last child, my father had mentally opted out of the family. When I was 25 he left home and divorced my mum. They should have divorced much earlier than that but they belonged to a time when it was just not respectable to divorce.

My mother hated him and she brought me up on a diet of lies that turned me against him early in life. I did not learn that they were lies until I was in my 40's and by that time my father was sick. I worked hard to try and get to know him but all I managed to achieve before he died was to convince him that I had changed and that I now knew that it was all lies.

I will always regret not knowing him and I have often wondered what he was really like.

i love my dad so much and his my idol!he is a very hard working person.and everytime i see him so worried about his work i felt so crushed and rather see my self suffering than him..he is a very loving person,many respect him because of being so kind and helping other people in their problems..now that i see him having a hard time to fix his business i have nothing to do but comfort him and show him were just here to support him and that we love him so..he never gives up for his family to survive..im very proud that his my dad he never let his children feel the difficulties he is suffering before he was a child..cause he loves us so.. his the best dad!in the world!
