Hi mylotters! for whoever has a Mac ( doesn't matter which one, Macbook, Macbook pro, Imac, powerbook balblabla...) take a lookat your CD or DVD drive! did you get realise for some reason it is all on the left hand side where as a normal laptop it is usually on the left! haha I'm guess Macs are originally designed for left handed people perhaps? other wise why are those stuff built on the left never on the right? to think about it if you are a left hander and you are using your mouse on the left and then if you want to use your cd/dvd drive you could just use your right hand to get the job done with your hand still on the mouse!? haha but this is just a wild guess on mine! what do you guys think?

Think you got your theory mixed up. The optical drive is on the left to avoid needing to move the mouse out of the way when inserting/removing optical media. Therefore, the left-handed location of the drive is designed for righ-handed users who can keep control of the mouse whilst replacing discs with the left hand. It's far more efficient to operate without needing to take your hand off the mouse or to relocate the mouse when changing discs. rasp
