Why must Scofield die in season five?  | |  I have not even watched the season five and loosed interest in watching when my brother informed me of the sad development that happened in season five.
Why must Scofield die?
Why must a hero as he is just die?
Or don't they the writers, producers and Directors know what to bring out anymore?
Are they out of idea and just want to end prison break in season five?
Well, Prison Break deserves an award. Its a praise for someone with a great mind....not a criminal mind!!!

| | | | | | | | 1.  zed_k4 (4649) | 5 months ago |  I was pretty sad too when I learned that Scofield didn't make it. And I watched the end episode. But, now that I think about it the more, I think the writers have something more coming up. You have to watch right till the end and see whether you think I mean it right. For one, there is no Scofield cemetery or anything like that, and we don't see his 'dead' body. There was supposedly a blast and Scofield was supposed to die, using out conceptual mind that no one can survive a blast. However, knowing Scofield, he might have survived because there might be a hole for him to hide or something.
I don't know, perhaps I think there might be a season 6, but I am googling information and can't find any, so far. And if really Prison Break ends here, it will be a real bummer. I think ratings are high, and Scofield is going to have a son. Who knows he might grow up to become Scofield, look like him and the writers are going to use the same actor. The possibilities are endless. I think the writers are Director are wanting to see viewers reaction to Scofield's 'death'.

 gusuifengpiao (562) | 5 months ago |  The problem is,Michael won't be that stupid not to think a way out.He is always prepared.And I think he should have a better way to break Sarah out of prison,without putting himself in danger.Also,I don't think the end makes sense.Michael is ready to die because he has a brain tumor.But it has already be cut by the company.And it is said that the company is good at handling it since Michael's mother who once also had a brain tumor survived for many years after the company performed the operation.
I don't see it coming.It is confirmed by Fox that Prison Break has already ended.But who knows,maybe they will change their mind.Just like once they said Michael,Sarah and their child would live happily ever after,but at last they still put Michael to death.Hope there will be more seasons as good as season 1.

I saw an interview between TV.com and Fox.Fox said that they wanted to give people a chance to mourn.I don't like this explanation.Why does Michael have to die?Just because we can have a chance to mourn him?Well,then I prefer to lose this chance.I love Michael.He is a genius and also a hero.I want him alive!

There are movies or TV shows that ended up like what happened to the lead character of Prison Break. I think Michael's death is the best conclusion to end the series. But you know even Michael's dead body was not even shown so who knows what would happen next? There might be a spin off or something...
