window seat...:)  

On the bus, I'd take the window seat if possible because I love to see what's outside but on the plane, I wouldn't mind taking the aisle seat as it's easier for me to get to the toilet if there's a need. Besides, I'm too tall to see what's outside; I've to bend my neck down unlike in the bus :)

I like to travel in the windows seat in buses,trains, and airplanes as their is a very good view. I can see all of the beautiful scenery and background which is very hard to come by in a train or airplane. When I am on a bus, I enjoy the city view with all these people and cars driving by.

Nice to see you again in another discussion. Really I too loved window seats when I was in childhood. But now I prefer only the seat next to window seat. Because I need good sleep if its on a night journey. During day time, I never travel long distances and also never sit on a local transport becasue I don't comfortable due to my long legs.

I feel uncomfortable sitting in our buses. But trains I often travel standing near the exit door. I usually travel mostly on EMU trains, and I enjoy the heavy wind standing near the exit... Nice discussion..

window seats are more private, especially if its a long journey. i can't sleep if i know somebody might look at me, my mouth might be gaping open, i don't even want to think how i look while sleeping. lol. or when reading a novel or magazine, i hate it when somebody tries to peek and see what i'm reading. that's personal. and lastly on a window seat, i can just put on my ipod and watch the scenary. i prefer window seat hands down.

Window seats are the best places according to me.We can experience the climate and enjoy the fresh air from outside.We get great views in case of aeroplanes during a long distant travel.They are very ideal for those who travel alone.

It seems i have made a habit of responding to your discussions.....
I like window seats very much.I remember in my childhood how i argued with a girl just for a window seat in a train and the journey was just 2 hrs long....But still the argument went so far that our parents had to stop us.But still when i am my twenties i just can't leave window seats.I have missed buses too just for window seats.I don't exactly know what it is that causes this infatuation for window seats.But we all know its there.

wow i love traveling, if i travel with public transportation like bus or train or aeroplane, i also like to travel in the window seat. i can't explain why. It just feel more comfort and happy that's all.

When traveling by train I always must get a window seat. Then I feel happy because I can see out. I have my own space and it is easy to insert my ear planes. They get screwed into my ears to prevent them hurting. I prefer to get a window seat on a train and a bus so I can see the scenery. I need to be able to see out when I am on a ferry and sometimes the seats are not that close to the window. I like to have fresh air on a ferry trip so an open window is ideal. Happy traveling.

I like to travel in corner seat. I love to have breeze and want to watch the road side happenings. That is the reason I found.

I am one of those who loves the window seats as well especially when I am travelling with aeroplanes. No matter it is night or day, I prefer to be seated at the mirror seat as I feel a lot more comfortable. Besides,I won't feel bored during day journey since I can have a clear view of what is below and at night no one will bothers me to go out since they are not going to pass by me to get out to the toilet.
