Paris make happy or irritated?

When I went to Paris 12 years ago, it actually really irritated me. I thought that the residents were fairly rude to people visiting from out of the country. It was dirty in my opinion. The food was only so-so.
Of course there were also the positive things, like the Louvre. I loved getting to see the Mona Lisa up close. I really liked visiting the Eiffel Tour and I also really liked the Arc de Triumph. It is an okay city as cities go, but as far as the price of things and the people, I really was irritated by it.

Paris is a really beautiful city that most of the times lives under the shadows of its past. Parisians are not exactely the most pleasent people on the planet - can't judge if you haven't lived there as a foreign or also as a non-parisian french. In my opinion 80% of them is really rude and hatable and that is NOT poetic:)
Fashion? i'd rather say that they are fashion victims yet with NO originality at all (for example, girls all dress the same way). But they tend to copy from fashion in London a lot, so i'd be careful when saying that they have the "most good looking fashion".... it might not be so true.

i havent been to paris thats why i really wanna go there someday. yes, i heard its too expensive in paris thats why i really have to save . i really wanna see paris soon.
