Very low payout minimum has Pickjack ($0.05). I got payment from them, so, its legit site. I also got payment from HKBuzz (also very low payout minimum). Joy-clck has $o.2 payout minimum. I already requested money, but payment is still pending. Links you can find in my blog (see profile).

I have been paid by them twice already. You basically fill out offers or sign up for websites, they tell you how to do it and the amount you will be given. The majority of offers are free and will be confirmed in less than a day (some of them less than an hour)
They are an honest site.
The downfall: while cashcrate will not spam you, the other sites you sigh up for will. So best that you use a diffrent email address that you don't care if you wind up flooded with emails (I learned this the hard way, so now I have a new email just for pay sites yay_survey@yahoo.com)
Other than that, they are very honest and they do there darndest to make sure no scam sites ever make their way on to the page.
And I believe they do place money directly to paypal.
The minimum payout is $20 now. But it doesn't take that long to earn.

Everyday they send you an email that you just click and recive money (like 1 to 2 cents an email) but they have now started to add some actual offers that will pay you. They confirm you pretty quick and you get $5 just for signing up. But you don't get paid until you reach $30 (explains the $5 thing huh)But after the $30 you automatically get a gold membership, which I guess you get more offers.

I have been paid by a few of the sites I am doing. The pay is low, but it all adds up. Some of the sites I am doing I have as yet to reach payout but I am close now. One site that I do, pays much better than other ptc sites and I hve been paid 3 times by them already, and I haven't been with them all that long. The last payout I got in 4 weeks, and the payout is $5.50. All you have to do is browse the members websites, get credits for doing so, and from Tuesday-Thursday, the credits are converted to cash.
