What happens when you detox?

If you are eating properly, and getting enough fiber in your system, yes you might be able to detox naturally. but most people need help that is why their are so many products out their, because too much is getting clogged in our colons, and it is not getting out of us, and it is keeping the rest of our system running poorly.

Another good way to detox is through the skin, But most people are clogging it up, because of the deodorant that they use, and all the lotions that they put on their skin, make up on their face. all these things are causing the natural ways to detox to stop.

When you do not drink the proper amount of water, your kidneys, and bladder get sluggish and they do not filter out the toxins properly.

What about all the things that we do to our liver to make it fatty, so it does not filter properly like Tylenol, Alcohol, Just to name a few........

We need all the extra help getting all the toxins out because of all the things that we do that is not right. and our bodies are not doing what they were built to do that is why their is so much disease out their today.
