Do you talk or text on the phone when you are driving?

I never text, but I use my blur tooth and talk often. I probably should not because I know it is a distraction. I think I shall make a goal. For the next week no phone in the truck! Wish me luck.

I never do but most of the peoploe I know do it. I think it´s extremly dangerous even when it´s hands free. Your concentration should be on the road while driving. Using a cellphone while driving must be equal as driving under influence of alcohol or drugs

I used to text if I was on a straight road and always used the phone whilst driving.
I got a speeding fine and points so I want to avoid getting a driving ban.
The laws in the UK are very strict now so I don't use the phone whilst driving as I can't risk getting banned

Yeah,it is very dangerous to talk or text on the phone while driving.I am not a driver.But I have seen many drivers doing that.
I am planning to learn to drive.I think I will try my best not to answering the phone when I am driving.If I have to,I will put it on the speaker.And then tell the callers that I am driving and I will call back later.I think they will understand me.Anyway,safety is more important.

In fact you can get a hefty ticket now doing that. many people have had accident's doing just that. I shut mine off until when I get to where I am going then I turn it on. I figure that way there is no chance at all of it ringing.

Nope, I don't text or talk on the phone when driving. For me, it's safety first.

I actually do neither. When I get to my destination or find a place to pull over I will call the person back or text back. I tell them in either case I am driving and will get back to them within the half or hour, or whatever the case my be. My friends and family are fine with that. I need to focus on the road.

NO. Here in Canada we actually have a law again such activities. Texting and calling while driving causing distractions to the drive and endangers themselves as well as others on the road. Stats have shown majority of accidents occur because of the use of cellphone while driving.

I only talk on the phone using the bluetooth but never text when driving...that is quite dangerous

Here in the UK it is actually illegal to talk or text on the phone when driving, but sadly people still do it, it's extremely dangerous and has caused many accidents, I would never take the risk, mind you it's very rare for me to use my phone except in emergencies, and texting can wait, it's not important, keeping your eyes fully on the road without distraction is important and is not life threatening either. I can also ignore a ringing phone it doesn't bother me, mind you I usually have my music on in the car anyhow and the mobile is hidden away in my bag.
