I;m not sure what your condition is but when I can't sleep I'll usually spend some time on the internet and mylot and then make myself a hot cup of chocolate. That helps me sleep. Sometimes I also read a book. Someone on mylot also said that putting a piece of ginger beside the bed also helps. Good Luck

It is proved that if somebody keeps mind busy for a long time for any thought,faces the problem you explained.The best way to rid over it is to start reading any thing.Within short time you will feel sleepy.Try to stop thinking at that time.

I also have trouble sleeping, most of the time I am really really quite but for some reason I can't really sleep that well. Actually, some nights I can't sleep at all, and I lie their just bored, and really tired. Make sure you have a good day, God bless and Happy Lotting!!
