Rat-eating plant here in our country Philippines  

How cool is that! I've heard of insect eating carniverous plants, but never of one that eats rats! I reckon there'd be literally millions of undiscoverd plant species on this planet and especially in places like the Amazon Rainforest. The Philippines has the perfect climate for plant growth too, so I'm sure there are many more undiscovered marvels to be found!

I have seen the venus fly trap before and the pitcher plant, but what they have found now is great. I just hope they don't find anything big enough to eat a human.

Our country are very rich in natural resources but some people don't pay importance to it instead they destroying our forest. It is a good news to us there they still plant like this that are newly discovered. I think there still indigenous plants and animals are not yet discover.

I want that plant! Rat is a big problem nowadays and it annoys me even more than npo matter what i do, I just can't get rid of it. I wonder where I could get that plant. Do you know where I can get it?

Yeah, that's very interesting indeed. Another reason for the Philippines to get worldwide attention. I hope they also discover a plant that devours rubbish politicians. That will surely be very helpful for the country.

Hmmm.. I hope there's no Human-eating plant... Well, I don't think it's going to be published though since the discoverer could be eaten first before he could actually relay his discovery.. lol..

This is really cool plant, and I think deep in the Philippine jungles there are a lot of endemic plants or animals waiting to be discovered. The only problem is if the commercialization takes over, then it destroys the natural habitat of the plants and animals. God is so wonderful to create such unique species!

Wow, I'm glad to hear there's a plant that eats preys. I hate rats at home. They're just all filthy and dirty and so with the roaches. I gotta start planting these plants in my house, especially in the kitchen. Where can I get this in Manila? (It's a serious question by the way.. Lol)
