Here you are My little one
so cold and all alone.
Shivering and Crying
Looking for a Home

I took you in and dried you off
Fed and held you close.
Rocked you till you fell asleep
kissed your little nose.

I bent and whispered in your ear
don't worry , your not alone.
For you are now my little Wigs
and you are finally Home.

You are my precious Little Wigs
as sweet as you can be
Chasing Butterflies in the Yard
You mean the world to me.

I wrote this poem about my dog Wigs. His real name is Wiggles, and if you knew him you would know why. lol. Someone dropped him off at my house when he was only 4 weeks old, half starved and in the middle of a blizzard. Now he is a bouncy wiggley, happy two year old.
