i am trying so hard to loose weight  | | i am trying my best to loose weight. one i get into it its great but my comfort is food and any stress in my life or even when i'm over excited i would go into the kitchen and eat. another bad habbit is when i'm sleeping i would get up all of a sudden go in the kichen and eat then go right back to bed. even after i have sex especially when its really good i would do the same go in the kichen and eat. usually also when i'm bored. is there anyway i can get over this addiction and loose weight to get back to 160-165 pounds i currently weigh between 217-221. this is one of my goals and i want to get it off my chest for almost 3 years any one have anything new to suggest?
