Take the time to appreciate the men you have in your life...

Yesterday was a very sad day.. I came home and found my cat acting strangely lying down on the lawn. I knew something really bad was happening so I ran inside to tell my parents something was up. Turns out moments befe I arrived he had been hit and was slowing dying on the lawn. Its one thing for a pet to die, but to witness it suffer and slowly slip away infront of your eyes is one of the hardest things to see. I got that cat in 6th grade and im 19 now, Ive had it for quite a while and it had the personality of a human so it was not just a cat to me but one with unbelievably character. My dad had to go bury it while I stayed in side. And I admired him before, but Ive really though out a whole new appreciate for him. He was the one who had the guts to bury our dad who was a member of the family as we ha him for liek 12-13 years. Moms deal with all the gross stuff I know, poop, puke, sickness, the works. But then theres the dad who usually deals with all the scary stuff, such as dead animals, or other things we dont have the heart to handle. No matter how sad it makes him he has to, cause someone has to do it right? So take the time to appreciate what the men do. Sure sometimes we think they dont have it as hard as us (who wants to hear a man complain when they just spent 30 hours pushing a baby out, so on so forth) but they steo up when we dont have the heart to..
