There are tons of website for photoshop tutorials. I think you should do a search on google and see which one suits your skill level in photoshop, instead of me doing a search and looking for something that MIGHT be suitable for you.

There are number of sites with different kinds of tutorials for different skill levels in photoshop. Start taking one at a time.

well few good ones that i know and personally found very useful are

www.tutorialized.com

there are many other forums, blogs and website. i think it will be best to do a search on google with the keyword photoshop tutorials and then you will get good websites.

IOk here the solution for you, Just go to the psdtuts.com its a great site of Photoshop learn their tutorials and practice them and and then make your design but its not easy you have to work hard for become great designer
