marry someone you didn't love

I could have married someone I don't love, if I was not married already:)

I am a married man now. But still, for the sake of this response, Yes. I would have married someone I didn't love. Marry with some one who loves you and you will be happy:)

I have made a lot of stupid decisions when i was younger, I was so blinded by Love... and until now I am paying for my mistakes...

If i would marry somebody for comfort, i wold do it...

A friend of mine married someone she didn't love. I have to say straight off that she is very fond of him and he loves her. He is a good, caring, considerate man and they are very happy together. When he proposed, she told him she didn't think she was in love with him but loved him as a person but he was content with this and they have no wbeen married 7 seven years and still enjoy being with each other.

No, I don't. I'm disappointed to hear all the responses here till now are said that they could.

My older brother married with the one he didn't love. Now I see it's a big mistake. They quarrel so often, sometime just for a tiny problem. I'm glad that they still can get a long, but I know they do it hard.

Once my friend told me:
"Don't marry because you need to be married"

It means you should not marry because of your age, or other reasons. But you marry only because of love.

One of my friend can't marry with the girl he love so he married someone nice but he doesn't really love. He often tell me that he dreamed about being together with the one but suddenly his wife come, he's panic and waked up. He is nice to his wife, but I think just for responsibility.

I think:
Marry with someone who love you, is okay
Marry with the one you love, is good
Marry with the one that you both love each other, is great.

it depends on the financial needs..:) i would prefer marrying somebody whom i loved but if issues on money is a problem then i would prefer marrying someone who can provide good education for my children in the near future...

Generally in arranged marriage we get married to a person whom we even not know properly but still, after marriage we continue our happy life.....
