RESULT......i have a court date

well the 16th seems a long way away right now but it will be here soon enough and i want to see this idiot in court and i want to hear what he has to say for himself, everything is under way, i am ready for him, he's gonna get his, i will MAKE SURE of it...thanks Elic, i am glad that this is happening, i will not let this go till i see this moron squirm....my cat deserves some justice, she died because of him.

hi opal, i don't tink he will go to jail but from what my lawyer says, he could lost his job, i have a very STRONG case against him, i have my witness and my ER vet to stand for me, i have all the paper work i need, medical records the ondition of lottie before she died, everything, so i am well prepared, he is not getting away with this, he is going to suffer the consequences and i hope he learns by this, i was told that i will get compensation, so we'll see how this pans out, but i am ready, i even have my trouser suit all pressed, i call it my court suit, i want to look smart and presentable when i go to court, give him the vibes while i am there, i am strong and i will win this, i just KNOW it....he doesn't have a leg to stand on. so he better have his papers ready and he better have some answers.

Tatty, I feel that part of his thing he will say is that he did not spay her because she was already pregnant and he can change her records. Make sure that this is covered...have neighbors sign a paper if you need to saying that she was not allowed out until she was spayed. And have them notorized. Or whatever is legal there.
Make sure he has no excuse. Also count the days from when you had her and when you took her in and when she has the babies. But even if she was pregnant which I don't think she was...they still would have spayed her. They do it here and other countries to not have strays or homeless cats breeding. The are strong on that here.

i am so happy because it's been a horrible few weeks, my poor cat went through so much pain, it was unreal, so the least this idiot can do is amit he didn't do his job right, apologize to me and hopefully pay for what damage he did....then lose his job, he is not capable of being a vet.
