What was the one thing you did this summer you enjoyed most?

The biggest thing i did was that I visted my grandma,she is at her 80s.
we had a happy time there in my hometown.
what's more,I also did some studying,made me fulfilled~

My best memory of the summer is that i fell in love with rex & moved in with him, OH YEAH & got engaged also..busy summer for me....lori

The one thing I did that I enjoyed most this summer was going to the acdc concert at gillete stadim since I never went there. It was a great night and the weather was perfect since it was raining pretty much for the whole time. But that was probably the most fun I had all summer.

BBqs are definitely great family bonding time. For me, it would be taking a train with my little brother and grandfather to my college. None of us knew the way but I looked up the directions on the internet. I had to lead everyone even though I was also totally lost.

For me it was my vacation in Las Vegas. I know that sounds silly because we go every year, but it is the only time that I can spend some quality time with my daughter. She flew in from TX and I from TN and we got to spend 2 weeks together just having fun and relaxing. Just the two of us...we leave the husbands at home. LOL
No keeping the men entertained or picking up after anyone, just girl talk and shopping. She is 37 and her son is 18 so no kids to tend either.

I would have to say going fishing with my grandkids for the very first time. I was all excited as the 10 year old grandson was excited and fishes often it seems. Excited that was until......I found out he won't bait his own hook nor will he remove the fish when he catches it. One of his freiends does that for him when he fishes usually. Still fun but not what I expected. Hahaha! My 5 year old grand daughter baited her hook and removed her fish though. Too funny.
But a fun time that day.

I think that it was today Momma. The Boss and I sat in the car in the pouring rain eating cheese and bacon salad sandwiches. That was just so lovely. Saddest thing was saying goodbye to our daughter when she went to college in the US.

Oh yeah, that's an easy one sis. for me it's our annual camping trip in Wisconsin near the dells. It's a week of camping and fishing with me, mom, cousins, and all the kids we can muster. the days are filled with fishing, hiking and one full day of water parks for the kids. the nights are filled with funny stories by the campfire, roasting marshmallow and hot dogs, and me leaping out of bushes and scratching the sides of tents (Growling) scaring the kids senseless. They love getting scared. Now I gotta admit, the first and last days are rough with all the setting up and breaking it all back down on the last day, but the 5 days in between are great and I can't wait till next year. wish you were there, lol.

I'm also glad that Summer's almost over and I can't wait until Fall is here. Summer is always much too hot for me and I can't stand it. As for my favorite memory for the Summer, it would have to be when my friend from London came and stayed with me for 2 weeks. We also went to Vancouver, BC together! That was awesome, but I wish we had at least one more day there. Oh well... I suppose it's just an excuse to go back.:) Preferably when it's not so hot!

That should be....holding first love's hand, rambling in the old campus, confiding joy and pain in the previous college term to each other,with falling leaves dancing in front.
