| |  The American people as whole seem to like Obama on a personal level but his policies are finally being noticed by 25% of the country that votes but doesn't pay much attention to politics unless there is a major scandal or a major election coming up. The more the average voter sees of his policies, the less they like where things are headed. That is not to say that they like the republicans any more than they did 6 months ago.
