Do you have that friend,the one who can eat endless hot fudge,icecreams,cheese and all kinds of fatty and delicious stuff and NEVER GAIN WEIGHT???

Do you sometimes feel that even if you worked out three hours a day and ate nothing but celery sticks,you couldn't lose weight?
Well,I am the type who gains weight very easily,even if I just have a few chocolates and Ice-creams during the day,whereas my friend keeps on munching these tasty stuff and doesn't gain any weight at all,so lucky she is isn't it!!
How many of you gain weight easily and how many are lucky enough to have whatever they want without gaining much weight ......

I am the one who eats anything but will hardly gain any weight..

In fact I keep asking people how to gain weight as I feel I am very thin.
But one of my friend she will try to control on her eatings, climb up the stairs rather than the lift but still she gains weight easily.

I'm with you! I gain weight! I feel like no matter what I do, I don't lose the weight I really want to. It's like I breathe and I gain weight! I just have to be super careful of what I eat. I guess I don't have the greatest metabolism.

Before I only heard somebody said they drink water and they gained weight. This is the first time I heard:" I breathe and I gain weight!" It sounds so funny that I share this with my friends, they are laughing.
I suggest you should do more exercise to lose weight. This is better than control your food.

I am that friend happy I've always been able to eat just what I liked and as much as I liked without putting on any weight. My weight never changed from my late teens through into my late 50's no matter what I ate or how much. My sister has always been the same way as well, and so was my father, so it's a matter of genetics - we have a thin gene happy

I believe that weight is not only related with what you have consuming. It is about genetic too. If you are come from parents with over weight, and you want to lose some weight, i think it could be a hard thing to achieve. But if you are come from parents who are slims and have proportional weight, then i think if you want to gain more weight, it can be a hard thing too. I suggest if someone want to gain weight with natural way. Just have your daily meals normally. Three times in a day and drink enough water. Don't try to having over fats in your meals. Over fat content is bad for our health. I think you can try to consuming avocado juice before you want to sleep. Avocado has natural fat which is good for our health. But once again, don't too much. Just a glass daily. I myself is kind of hard to gain weight person. But if i have my meals regularly, sometimes i can gain some weight eventhough it can be easily lose again if i stop having meals regularly. So i don't know whether i must happy and feel lucky with such condition. I only know that having meals irregularly is bad for our health too. So now i don't care whether i may gain more weight or not, the most important thing is my health. Fat and healthy or slim and healthy are the best. But it's not easy to achieve it. We should control our foods. Over weight usually related with heart attack and hypertension. So having ideal weight is the best one choice. Have a nice day and happy mylotting.

I agree with you Dianmelydia.Being fat or obese doesn't always have to be related to food habits. It can be genetic too and i am the perfect example for it. I think i got that from my dad. I generally avoid fatty items and i haven't touched sugar for three year and yet i have gained five kilos in last three months. now i will have sweat to my butt out get rid those extra pounds.
I wont recommend diet pills to reduce weight as it artificially stimulates our body metabolic activity which results in loss of fat.I would stay away from them until it is prescribed by a doctor.

Hi chosen 9, I can loose and gain weight so easily. But the fact that i love food makes me gain weight. I lack the discipline i need for me to keep my body in shape. I can go on a strict diet for a week and i can loose a lot of pound, but like i said i am not consistent so the next week i would be gaining weight again. My husband on the contrary can eat anything but hardly gains weight. And i like that. I would like to enjoy food as much as i can but it makes me worried about my weight too.

My first couple years in college I gained a ton of weight - probably about 20 lbs between the first two years and now in my third year I'm slowly trying to lose it but right not I've been at a constant weight. For me it was just a ton of stress and junk food that made me gain the weight and now I'm not so stressed about school and I'm eating a more balanced diet so I think once I start going to the gym I'll really be able to see the numbers dropping.

I also had same problem my friend.I gain weight easily,i starve myself,but still i am gaining weight sad...i guess this is due to ageing and slow metabolism.

I am one of those people who can eat whatever I want and never gain weight. Instead of gaining weight, I get sick if I eat whatever I want. (Especially when I try to eat more junk food to gain weight.) So there are downsides to having a fast metabolism!

I am still suffering from the nameless disease -that is not gaining body weight on having food at right times plus extra high calorie diet too.i feel i dam not having correct body mass as far as my height is considered.Normally people suggest to have weight of for example if my height is 176cms ten I must posse a body weight of 176-100=76 kilogram.but in the same case I have a weight of 60 kg thus 16 kg less.
I have extra diets like chocolates,milkshakes,cheesy food and even meat too.Well i am satisfied with my physique but can't get a move on.I follow Indian foods being an Indian.I have heard people talk of these problems.

That's me... I eat and eat... just about anything I want and I dont get any weight at all. I have two children and I weight 105lbs. I always eat fating stuff, but I dont know why I never gain anything... I think it is a good thing for me tho.
I wish I will doing like this forever, so I can enjoy eating watever I want
