how importants is customer service to you?

Hi there, ofcourse good customer service is really important and this one keeps you return in a certain stores. I have one particular baby store that i keep on coming everyday when i was in the mall. The staff are really kind, they assist me always in eveything. I just love them because they really good to the customers. I dont like those who are not friendly at all, i feel irritated whenever i deal with unfriendly people, anyway keep on mylotting

Good or bad customer service does make or break my decision on returning to a certain store or business. I have been to alot of stores and the workers are very rude or they do not try to help you. If I do not get the help I need I would just go to another store. I will think my business is not needed at this store. If the customer service is great then I will return and do all my shopping at that one store. Happy lotting.

If I receive bad customer service then I am extremely unlikely to use that store or business again as no matter what buisness they are in, there is always another retailer selling the same and even if they were more expensive but had good service I would prefer to use them. If I had a problem with an item or wanted to return something then I would expect it to be dealt with properly and efficiently. So many companies fall down on their customer service and in a time of recession they really could do a lot more to keep their customers.

Customer service is the most important thing to me. I believe without this it would ruin ones shopping experience. I had on several occassions bad service and I refuse to shop at those stores again. I use coupons on a regular basis this determines which stores I will shop in. A lot of times the cashier will be extrememly rude and look down on me as if I were poor. I believe I shouldnt waste my money on necessties if I could get them free. I will return if the cashiers and manager dont make a big deal or be very rude. Ive had some extrememely rude cashiers.
