Can you live without Mobile phone?

YES that's true that most of the International as well as Local companies
are brought the new rules that keep the cellphone in the reception and are
not allowed to use while we are on duty, this was due to many reasons
including all the staff keep on talking to their friends while working
and the concentration will be diverted from the work to others and also
most of the staff in the office misused he cellphone including the steal
of the data from the systems.

I can not say that this rules are good or not, but with regards to
managements they have to take likes this action in order to improve
the situation of the office and the quality of the members and staff
too. So sometimes we are strongly agreed this new rules and also
informed to our all the official staff to keep their cellphones to
the reception before to enter the office and starts their work.

While you are at work why would you need to have your Mobile phone, you are being paid to be their to work, and not to talk or text on the phone. If their is a Emergency that some one needs to get a hold of you while you are working most companies have land lines where they can get a hold of you.

I actually JUST got a cell phone. I only have it because it was given to me after a friend passed away. Basically, it's just there to have in case of a road emergency. As far as having them on you at all times...well, I have a few younger co-workers who are constantly online and/or texting throughout the day, and I have to say it gets rather annoying! So, yes, I could live without one.

I found out the hard way that I defintly can't live without a cellular phone let me tell you what happened

The day started out like a regular day and everything was going well, when suddenly there was a bad thunderstorm in my neighborhood there was hard rain and lighting striking throughout the evening, and then the lighting hit my computer modem and knockout part of my TV service, and also knocked out my home phone service, but here's the kicker. at the time when this all happened I no longer had my cellphone, so I could not call for a technician to come and fix things, and I had to find a pay phone to call for help it was a mess and a big hassle so from now on I have to have and keep a cellphone for emergency's.

For now I am; I am behind on the cell so I turned it off until I can pay the bill and for now I am living without it. Don't want to, but do what I have to. Besides it is a convenience for when I am out.

according to me i cant live without my mobile because my all the contact are in my mobile and many other thing in mobile so think that i cant live without my mobile its my necessity

I surviving living without cellphone, since my cellphone is broken since last year until now, because of the computer and any gadget that use int communication and getting some information, you don't need to bother the load for call and text.

Yes, i can defenately live without mobile but for exceptions during emergency. People in the past were also happy without mobile so why can,t we? It has its own advantages and disadvantages but 90% of people have accepted only disadvantage part. and at last became its slave.

I live without a mobile phone every day of my life, i never had the need to use one, plus they're so expensive but, if you gotta have one then, ya gotta have one, but i can live without one.

You are right about what you said tsk. A while ago, i visited a bank and tried to apply for a bank account. I was just about to text my mom that i arrived the bank then suddenly the security came close to me and told me not to text or use any mobile phone while inside. This was quite shocking to me but i got their point for restricting high tech devices inside banks. The reasons for the restrictions may benefit us too. So we better follow these rules and guidelines for our own safety.
