do you think that preserved fruit juice are as healthy as fresh juice?

I am afraid that artificial juices like tropicana are no substitute for the fresh fruit juice. We cannot come to know about the quality of fruits used for making such juices and what preservatives have been added to it to retain its flavor and taste. I think, it would be better to chew fruits and if that is not possible, we can go for fresh fruit juice, which would be much healthier than the artificial juices, irrespective of the claims made by the manufacturers of the juices that they are real juices.

Well I am not that much attentive to health when it comes to eating and other habits.When I feel like drinking juices i dont care if it is preserved or not.Though I give priority to freshly made ones.But if they are not available I go for the preserved ones.I think they are safe as they have been certified.So no harm..

The answer to your question is a big No. Because first of all a fruit oxidizes; if you pick the fruit now and you will not eat it, it would lose some of its nutrients as well as its flavor. How much more are artificial juices. Of course there are some process to preserve and prevent the juices from oxidizing, but that would be quite expensive for a juice, certainly not tropicana. third, artificial juices is already diluted with so much water, and sweetened with so much sugar.

No i dont think that packed juices are as healthy as fresh juice, because they contain a lot of sugar content.
