Hello frienhappy,
The main thing that you must do is to try to be concious of everything that you are eating. Eat lots of salads. For example at lunch time you could have a salad instead of your regular lunch. At dinner time, you should eat a salad as an appetizer then cut down on your regular dinner meal. At breakfast, eat a bowl of oatmeal and mix in some fruit like raisins, berries and nuts. Drink at least eight glasses of water a day and exercise. Really there isn't a whole lot more to it. Good luck and try to watch the calories if possible. Don't eat too much junk food when you are snacking. These are a few tips that I observe, now I simply need to mylot a little bit less and move around a little bit more. I'm sure this will help a lot.
