 sometmes everything is routinary and very boring.life is a mess and everything seems to be out of control.. my life is like that. no good paying job, no loving boyfriend, no real friends. i wonder why i'm still here breathing but when i come to think of it i realized that there are still reasons not just to live but to enjoy life as well. my dogs makes me happy, my parents don't think that i'm still a child and i can watch the movies i like every night, eat pizza and icecreams, grow flowers in the garden. still a boring life for others but for me, it's enough reasons to live.

4.  roniroxas (5937) | 4 months ago |  i have four children and i am a single parent, i walked out of my husband 9 years ago for he is an abusive person. for me that is not a life worth living, living with an abusive husband and hitting me and our children. now i am the father and the mother of them and i have a life that is not boring but stressful and tiring. BUT it is a life worth living. a life that makes me want to go and fight to survive. yours is not a boring one its just simple and its a cool reason to live.

my life pretty much bites, i am in my 40's and i have a body of an 80 yr old man. i have pain 24 hours a day 7 days a week. i want to work but due to pain and other things i can't no more. i have no money to spare.
but i look at it, as it could so much worst, and there is someone who got it way worst then i do.
my reasons to live is my wife, kids, and grandkids. thing i want to do and see before i die i hope.

i struggle every single day of my life..
but i am willing to struggle over and over again as long as I make sure my son is okay.
he is the very reson for my existence...
without my son, I wouldnt be working really hard every day.
i would easily be contented with things.
but i don't. because I want so much for my son..
i want to be able to give him the life i have not lived...
i guess that's how mothers really are

It is so good to hear that you have reasons to live. But let me ask you something? What if your dogs have gone away and never to come back. What if your parents are already so old? What if there are no more movie makers? What if there are no more pizzas, ice creams or flowers to grow? What if the things you enjoy are now beyond your reach?
How do you think you will enjoy your life? What will you do if you are already alone? What will be your reason to live?
Happiness or joy is not found only in this world. I pray you will truly find your very reason to live even if the whole world will go against you, even if the world we live in will suddenly fall apart.

DCLehnsherr (508) | 4 months ago |  I once battled quite a lot with the problem of whether or not I had any reasons to live, and I think in the end my main reason to live became the absence of reasons to die. I am enjoying life at the moment even if I am not doing anything 'productive' with it, and so I am not ready to leave this mortal world yet. That and there are still some experiences I want to have, primarily living alone, and the there is always the fear of death which still outweighs any issues I have with life on occasions. So yep, I guess I do have reasons to live...even if they are probably quite selfish lol.

AndrewFreyne (2554) | 4 months ago |  This isn't a question that I ask myself on a regular basis but I have to admit there are days when I feel so low and then this question starts to penetrate my mind! I have some plans and goals for my life and I have achieved a few of them but I have to say things are going far too slowly for my liking! Like you though I tend to focus on the positive things in my life and there are quite a few of those thankfully! I have a lovely one bedroom flat which I'm renting and it's really peaceful here so I suppose I should be grateful for that. I am able to cycle on a regular basis and I should also be grateful for that. I suppose I have a few reasons to live but this list is slowly dimishing over the years! Andrew
