How often do you replace the timing belt on a Honda Civic?  | |  Does anyone know a website or a good source that can tell you how often you need to get your timing belt replaced on a Honda Civic? I have heard so many conflicting opinions and don't have my original owners manual. Thanks!

| | | 3. trisha_0258 (15) | 3 months ago |  hi.. i drive a civic and my dad just changed the timing belt. I;m so not familiar about the parts and all. One advice that i could surely give you is to Check your odometer and make sure that before it reaches 90,000, you SHOULD change it.
A lot of his friends did not change the timing belt until they experienced the obvious damage.
