Bread and Cheese

I love cheese so much. My favourite cheese is stilton and I love to eat that on a fresh crunchy baguette.

Hi gypsycraft, I like to slice a nice brown fresh French stick and cover it with just brie and and fresh basil leaves and salt. At least that was todays lunch. Alterntively exactly the same thing with camembert. Often times I like to add `chopped spring onions to it as well.

I love bread and cheese, together or separate. I like french bread, Italian bread, I love muenster cheese, cheddar, swiss, paneer, surprisingly I don't like provolone or colby jack very mcuh. I love monterrey though and sharp cheddar. Crackers are great too.

i like bagels but they are not that easy to find here. what we have that is common here is the one we call 'pandesal' and 'monay' and the loaf and buns. pandesal is usually eaten in the morning while monay is in the afternoon. both are good with cheese.

Why are you on the road so much Gypsy? Depending on how long you are in a car and whatever you are doing if the cheese sits too long it tends to get soft and tastes pretty bad.

I love white bread toast with lots of butter, chocolate spread and cheddar slices in it. We Indonesians tend to eat bread as snack, so the way we have it may be different with people in the West. Still, for me any kind of bread will taste great with cheese, especially if the cheese melts. Yum!

I agree, grainy texture bread is so good with cheese. Whole wheat is super good.
