The trick is to not think about the future too much or it just gets overwhelming, just focus on the tasks at hand, and you will find that they lead towards something that is right and natural for you.
Also, make sure you maintain a balance, worrying and working are necessary yes, but so is making time for yourself and your friends. It keeps you sane, trust me! I wish you all the best, and don't worry, it will get easier I promise.
