How many times you wake up in night?

I usually wake up at night once. At other times, more than once when there's an important thing to be done, or during emergency situations. Many times, I just wake up to comfort myself in the comfort room. It is normal for me to just lay down the whole night and have a good rest.

When I am not dealing with my terrible sinus issues that I've been dealing with during the past week and a half, I am actually able to sleep through the night without waking up at all.
However, in light of the recent sinus issues that I've been dealing with, I've been waking myself up coughing anywhere from one to five times during the night. I just feel so awful the day after when I can't stay asleep during the night.

If I am real lucky I wake up once. Must be old age. When I was a much younger man I could sleep for twelve hours straight and not wake up even once
