So festurating, Im so aggrevated are you ever hard on yourself like this

Well July 22,2009 I gave to our 5th child as most of you know I had to have a c section, this is the first c section I had the other 4 I had naturally. I've been exercising on a regualar basis since I've been home, I've been walking and using my exercise bike. Well today I thought I would try to get on my regular bike and take it around the block I couldnt even get on the stinking thing Im so festurated at myself. my husband bless his heart he is so supportive he told me not to be hard on myself that I just had major surgey and that I've been exercising, plus working part time as I went back to work already part time to start out I dont know I just want to get back to like I was before I was pregnant I was down for so long cause I was sick during the pregnancy and on bed rest and Im not the kind of person to be down like that Im usually really active. I try to listen to my husband's encouragement and I guess I will have to be satisified with continiuing my walking and using my exercisie bike and maybe next spring/summer I will be strong enough to get back on my bike but it really stinks tough. Do you ever get hard on yourself when you cant do something.
