do you think zoo is the best home for animal?

I am a firm believer that animals should be free. I don't animals caging us up. Well we cage people up when we are bad. That is however different because we should be punished for our crimes. If we need to cage an animal up for our safety or if they need help I can understand that. After we have given them the help the animals need then they should be set free. Animals should not be caged up in a zoo for other people to look at at a price. Happy lotting.

No zoo is not a place where animals are happy they need independence, and we for our happiness just lock them at a place and they go sad forever after that, we can feel that experience when we are prisoned i hate to chain animals.

I think it depends on the zoo. Our zoo is quite nice and I think the animals look happy and content. They have a nice sized area for the animals and they receive good care. The way the world is now with poachers and people cutting down forests and destroying other wildlife areas, I think they are sometimes safer in a zoo. Some zoo's are the only thing keeping animals from become extinct.

I agree. I understand that animals are beautiful and interesting to watch and look at, but it isn't fair to keep them caged up. If animals were meant to be in zoos then they wouldn't be in the wild. Look at it from their perspective. How would you like being watched and stared at all day from behind bars? No room to do what you want or anything. So...ya haha. Defintiely not the best spot. But on the other hand I would rather be at a zoo than at a person's house where they wouldn't know how to feed or care for me.

yes but no the reason yes is because there safe from other animal tryen to hurt them and no because im pretty sure they wabt to rome around and have them selves a good time

I don't think zoo is the best home for animal, because the animals was restricted in the zoo, they can't live freely, and was closed at the room. so I think the animal don't like the restricted life.

Yes! i think that you will be right that the zoo is not the best home for animal because the animal like to the freedom,and zoo is not a freedom place.The animal will happy in the jungle and they will very happy in the jungle.Zoo is a place that the children and the many people love to go and they will very happy but the animals are not happy.The animals are very sad in the zoo.

i think we all agree that animals deserve to be in the wild. it is not natural for animals to live in cages. they are also mammals like we are. they have a life and they deserve to live it in freedom.

I may seem hypocritical about this one because i have children so of course I take them to the zoo. I think its good that they get to see the different types of animals that are out there and that come from different parts of our world that they have yet discovered themselves being so little. But then there is also that part of me that hates the fact that animals have to be locked up in cages and not in their own environments. I mean I understand if an animal was hurt and us humans took it under our own care to heal it back to health, but every time I think of the zoos I remember the movie Madagascar escape from Africa, you know the little cartoon. Well in the beginning the little lion is taken away from his family and sent out in a box lost at sea. That's sad[, and it makes me think of the animals and how they must feel.

I agree with you that everyome needs freedom,animals are no exceptiom! If we can tell those dangerous animals:we will not hurt them,and be able to live together!
