How often do you say SORRY (when you have done a mistake)?

I am not embarrassed when it comes to accepting my mistakes and saying sorry.In fact it comes to me very easily:D

I don't think i say sorry often in my life because i have not done many mistakes.
however i said sorry to my husband last sunday when i went to bed. I had argument with him during the day. Mainly I caused the argument and he thought I did it on purpose. To be honest it was a small thing but I was in a bad mood, so I ctitisized him and made him sad.
when i said sorry to him he was pleased to accept it. i remember he complained before that it's always he said sorry, i'm alwasy right.So when he got my apologize he was happy.
I can not remember i said sorry to anybody else except my husband.

Saying sorry whenever i have done a mistake is one of my habit. I can thinking quickly to apologize the mistake which i have done to someone as soon as possible. I think it's not worth to keeping angry in our heart. Also, it's bad if someone still in anger with us because of our mistakes. So, we shouldn't be a headstrong person and just be a easy going person. Sometimes perhaps that's not our false so we feel no need to saying sorry to the opposite. But in certain cases, usually it's better if we starting the sorry words. It's for both side goodness. We don't need to be shy for saying sorry because not everyone can say sorry and asking for apologize. Other people is more like to be a friend with people who can always saying sorry when they have done a mistake. Sometimes, saying sorry can representing our matureness. So, there's no bad side of saying sorry, then don't be shy to always apologize as soon as possible to other people when you have done mistake to them. Good luck and have a nice day. Happy mylotting.

nice to see you post a good discussion. Actually relation need trust and faith, due maintain this if I do any mistake why do I hesitate to say sorry to my wife. Here is the simple logic. If I show my male ego than only the problem start.

I always say sorry if I made a mistake. Its easily comes out of my mouth. But if it is not my mistake, I'd rather keep my mouth shut!=)

This is not how often I say sorry but if I am to say how I say it, I mean my approach. you must be aware that people say sorry just to maintain formality. even if they have knowingly or unknowingly trampled your sensitive toe might pass on just saying a sorry in raising intonation, which means they are not so much worried about their deed.

now if I feel I am on the wrong foot in hurting somebody be it physically or mentally I always involve myself uttering in falling intonation. I try to feel the feel in the person and this way no bad blood is created.

no, I don't feel embarrassed to say sorry. I also say sorry even though I'm not doing mistake so that strained situation could be eradicate. I also taught my nephew and nieces to say sorry if they make mistake, so that they know to take responsibility over their actions.

I always say sorry when I know that I am in the wrong, and expect the same courtesy back from other people in return. I was raised that saying sorry is not a shameful thing to do, and was instead the correct way to operate unless you want to be seen as arrogant or something equally unflattering! I don't say sorry all that often though as I have learnt to try and avoid such situations by always thinking before I speak, and never speaking in anger which is when I get into most trouble and have to apologise to people.

There was a time when I never used to say sorry. You can hardly hear a word sorry from mouth. Now things have changed & I think I really need to use the word sorry because of the amount of sins I'm doing

I generally don't hesitate to say "Sorry". As you said it is good to apologize for the betterment of a relationship. But i do not utter ths word if i see that i'm not at fault and the person at fault is trying to slip away without admitting his/her fault!
